What to practice
This is a Task 2 scenario: you need to convince the other person using the informal tu register. Open by stating what you want them to do, give two or three concrete reasons, and be ready to respond when they push back. The skill being tested is persuasion under time pressure — staying natural, warm, and spontaneous while building a clear argument.
Objections to handle
In the live task the other person will resist. Practise responding naturally to prompts like these — acknowledge, then counter with a reason.
